Particularly good location, Aeropuerto de Palenque airport was 0.5 miles away. Moreover, the hotel was minute walk from a bus stop. Amiable team at the reception desk. Our room was big size and quiet with the shower, reliable Wifi.

The staff were super cool and helped us book an awesome tour to Agua Azul and the Ruins. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and the main square. We loved the comfortable beds and the AC kept us cool after a long day of exploring. Best of all, they had free water refills, so we stayed hydrated on our adventures. Highly recommend for young, party-going people like us!

If I had to ask for one thing to make our stay even better, it would be a fun hangout area for young people. It would have been great to have a cool lounge or bar where we could chill with our friends and meet other travelers.

Great value for money! The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options and attractions. We loved the fact that the room had a working AC, which was a welcome relief from the humid weather. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We also appreciated the free water refills and the option to leave our bags after checking out.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. the lack of a toilet seat in the bathroom was unusual and took some getting used to.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of town close to collectivos to go to the ruins. It was also convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious, with a designated area to put your bags and clothes. the shower had good pressure and temperature, making for a pleasant bathing experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with reports of ants infestation and a lack of frequent cleaning.
